Booking Policy	Please submit your booking form by 23:59 of seven days before your arrival date. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. *We do not accept reservations over the phone.
Cancellation Policy	Please be sure to contact us via the "Inquiry" form to cancel your reservation. Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made 4 days or less before the arrival date, or for no-shows without prior notice. *We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept cancellations by phone. Payment Method

Booking Policy	Reservations can be made up to four days before check-in. *For inquiries regarding Booking.com reservations, please contact Booking.com customer support or send a message within Booking.com.
Cancellation Policy	Please cancel your reservation through the Booking.com website. Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, or in case of no-show without prior notice, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged by Booking.com.
