Booking Policy	Please make your accommodation reservation using the "Book Now" button and your meal reservation using the "Reserve Meals Here" button no later than 11:59 PM, 7 days prior to your arrival date. A representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm whether your reservation has been accepted. ※We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept reservations by phone.
Cancellation Policy	If you submit a cancellation request via the "Contact Us" form below by 11:59 PM on the day prior to the date 14 days before your scheduled arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded by your credit card company or other payment provider. Alternatively, you may also cancel via the reservation confirmation email sent at the time of booking. We will initiate the refund process within 24 hours of receiving your cancellation notice (please note that some credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund). ※We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept cancellations by phone. Cancellation Policy	Cancellations made up to 23:59 on the day before the date 21 days prior to arrival are free of charge. If a cancellation is made on or after the date 21 days prior to arrival, a fee of 50% of the accommodation cost will be charged. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the accommodation cost will be charged. ※Reservations made via Booking.com can be cancelled through the Booking.com website or by calling Booking.com.
