Booking Policy	Please make reservations for both accommodation and meals via the button above no later than 23:59, seven days prior to your arrival date (telephone reservations are not accepted). Due to legal regulations, meals are provided exclusively to overnight guests. Accommodation requests are initially treated as provisional bookings; we will contact you to confirm the reservation within 24 hours. As the system does not support booking multiple rooms in a single transaction, please complete the reservation process for each room individually.
Cancellation Policy	You may cancel free of charge up until 11:59 PM on the day prior to the date 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you process the cancellation via the confirmation email sent at the time of booking, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded by your credit card company or payment provider. (Please note that some credit card companies may require additional time to process refunds.) * Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. * If you have trouble with the process, please submit a cancellation request via the "Contact Us" form below at least 14 days before your arrival date. We will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving your notification. Inquiry Form ※We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept cancellations by phone.

Booking Policy	Reservations can be made up to 7 days before check-in. ※For inquiries regarding Booking.com reservations, please contact Booking.com customer support or send a message within Booking.com.
Cancellation Policy	Cancellations made up to 23:59 on the day before the date 21 days prior to arrival are free of charge. If a cancellation is made on or after the date 21 days prior to arrival, a fee of 50% of the accommodation cost will be charged. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the accommodation cost will be charged. ※Reservations made via Booking.com can be cancelled through the Booking.com website or by calling Booking.com.
