What is the cancellation policy?
- When you are making a reservation via our website, to cancel the reservation, please be sure to contact us using the Inquiry Form below
Inquiry Form - Cancellations made by 23:59 on the day prior to the 14-day mark before your scheduled arrival are free of charge.Cancellations made on or after the 14-day mark before arrival, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.*We apologize, but we do not accept cancellations by phone.

Yes, there is free parking (shared with other guests).
You can park your car in the garage with shutter, and open-air parking, maximum 10 cars.

Can I use the kitchen and cooking utensils?

Yes, the kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware.
If you would like to use a stove, BBQ grill, or cooking stove (wood-burning stove), please contact us in advance.Rental BBQ utensils (grill, BBQ utensils, paper plates/paper cups, firewood) 3,000 yen / time, regardless of number of people BBQ ingredients 3,000 yen / person (tax included)

Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
There are few 10-minute drive to convenience stores, and two 20-minute drive to 24-hour supermarkets.
There are NO places to eat dinner within walking distance.

How often do buses depart?
Please take the No. 24 Hankyu Bus (North Osaka Neopolice Line towords YONO).
From the platform No. 3 in front of Saito Nishi Station on the Osaka Monorail or
From the platform No.2 infront of Minoh Kayano Station on the Midosuji subway.
Buses depart every 2 hours (from 8:00 to 22:00), so we recommend that you check the timetable below in advance.
