Booking Policy	Please fill out the reservation form with your name, residential address, contact email address, and other required information and submit it by 11:59 PM five days before your check-in date. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. *We do not accept reservations over the phone.
Cancellation Policy	You can cancel free of charge up until 11:59 PM on the day before your arrival date. If you cancel within seven days of your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. (Please note that it may take some time for your credit card company to process the refund.) Refunds will not be given for no-shows, so please be sure to contact us via the inquiry form below to cancel. *We do not accept cancellations over the phone. Inquiry Form
Payment Method	Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club INTERNATIONAL) A payment link will be sent to the email address you provided on the reservation form. Your reservation will be confirmed once your paymyent is complete.

Booking Policy	Room only plan and breakfast plan: Reservations can be made up to two days before check-in. One night with two meals plan: Reservations can be made up to four days before check-in. *For inquiries regarding Booking.com reservations, please contact Booking.com customer support or send a message within Booking.com.
Cancellation Policy	Cancellations must be made through the Booking.com website. You can cancel free of charge up until 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, Booking.com will charge 50% of the accommodation fee. If you fail to show up without notice, Booking.com will charge 100%.
